James Worthington is a construction lawyer with experience in both contentious and non-contentious work in respect of a large range of construction and engineering projects.

He has advised developers and contractors on all types of construction documentation including domestic and international standard forms of building contract. His contentious experience includes advising on a wide range of disputes in different dispute resolution forums, including mediation, adjudication, arbitration and litigation.

James joined Speechly Bircham in June 2009 when it merged with Campbell Hooper Solicitors LLP, with whom he joined as a newly qualified solicitor in September 2007. James trained at Geldards LLP, Nottingham.
