Amanda Blythe-Smith FRICS gained a BA(Hons) in Geography, followed by an MSc in Real Estate and Management and qualified as a chartered surveyor in 2005. She joined Savills in 2011 and works within the specialist leisure and trade-related team across the UK and Europe. Amanda is an RICS Registered Valuer.

Working locally, nationally and internationally, Amanda has comprehensive leisure (including holiday accommodation, visitor attractions, sports and water-based attractions) expertise and residential, development, farm and horticultural sales and valuations experience for loan security, litigation, development, investment, tax, accounts or strategic information purposes.

Amanda also specialises in the valuation of trade-related properties including education, food processing, cemeteries, airfields, waste and recycling, garden centres and quarries; and deals with private client, corporate and litigation work.
