Amanda Blythe-Smith FRICS gained a BA(Hons) in Geography, followed by an MSc in Real Estate and Management and qualified as a chartered surveyor in 2005. Amanda also specialises in the valuation of trade-related properties including education, food processing, cemeteries, airfields, waste and recycling, garden centres and quarries; and deals with private client, corporate and litigation work.
