Planning and programming

The value of careful planning and monitoring of any construction project should not be underestimated. Good project management will save valuable time and money throughout the life span of the project.

Even if the project is familiar, there is still value in reviewing the project plan to assess margin for time and cost saving.

Obviously the project plan should be organic and be able to adapt to developing concerns within the project. Procedure for change should be followed for situations that demand change to the critical path of the project.
