The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) prosecuted a property management company towards the end of 2019 after five employees developed hand-arm vibration syndrome (HAVS).
Places for People had failed, over a period of five years, to manage vibration risk, exposing staff to vibration through the use of vibrating power tools.
