Residential leases

Managing a building can be a complex and challenging task. Where that building contains flats, a landlord should be familiar with the terms of the lease.

A lease is the agreement setting out the legal relationship between the immediate landlord and the leaseholder of residential premises. This section looks at dealing with and understanding leases.
