Lauren Dodd is an equity partner and head of the property management department at W T Gunson. A qualified chartered surveyor and RICS registered valuer with over 18 years’ experience, she is responsible for the management of a range of properties including industrial estates, retail parades, office blocks and residential block management throughout North West England and for certain clients nationwide. Lauren is also an RICS APC assessor.
