	Default by the subcontractor: there are five circumstances of subcontractor default:
	
		where the subcontractor without reasonable cause wholly/substantially suspends the carrying out of the subcontract works  
		where the subcontractor fails to proceed regularly and diligently with the subcontract works  
		where the subcontractor refuses/neglects to...
