Internet Explorer 11 users

Internet Explorer 11 for Windows 8 and newer versions

  1. Point to the bottom right-hand corner of the screen, move the mouse pointer up then click Settings.
  2. Click Options, and then under History click Select.
  3. Select the Cookies check box and then click Delete.
  4. Close your existing web browser, open a new instance and log in again.

Internet Explorer 11 for Windows 7

  1. Click the Tools button (the cog icon in the top right-hand corner of the window).
  2. Point to Safety, then click Delete browsing history.
  3. Tick the Cookies and website data check box and then click Delete.
  4. Close your existing web browser, open a new instance and log in again.

Internet Explorer 10 users

  1. Click the Tools button (the cog icon in the top right-hand corner of the window).
  2. Point to Safety and then click Delete browsing history.
  3. Select the Cookies check box and then click Delete.
  4. Close your existing web browser, open a new instance and log in again.

Mozilla Firefox users

  1. Select History > Clear Recent History from the top of your browser.
  2. Set the time range to clear everything.
  3. Under Details, ensure that Cookies is ticked and make sure that other items you want to keep are not ticked.
  4. Click Clear now.
  5. Close your existing web browser, open a new instance and log in again.

Google Chrome users

  1. Press Ctrl + H.
  2. Click Clear browsing data.
  3. Check Cookies and other site and plug in data.
  4. In the drop down menu at the top, select The beginning of time.
  5. Click Clear browsing data.
