Group element 11: Project/design team fees

Group element 11 comprises the following elements:

11.1 Consultants’ fees
11.2 Main contractor’s pre-construction fees
11.3 Main contractor’s design fees

Note: Only applicable where a main contractor-led design and build contract strategy is to be used.

Note: Where the unit of measurement for a component or a sub-component has been given as ‘per week’, a week shall mean a period of 7 calendar days irrespective of public holidays.
