Jessica Twombley is a knowledge lawyer and a member of Macfarlanes’ construction and engineering group. She keeps both colleagues and clients up-to-date with legal developments. She develops and runs the group’s training programme as well as client training, writes news bulletins for both internal and client use, provides counsel to fee earners and writes and maintains the group’s internal know-how and precedent documentation. She supports both the contentious and non-contentious elements of the construction and engineering group.

Jessica has been a construction solicitor working in law and insurance since 2003 (also lecturing as a senior lecturer on the MSc in Construction Law at Kings College, London). Her experience includes litigation, arbitration and other forms of dispute resolution, as well as contract drafting and negotiation on various construction developments.
