Marc Timlin BSc (Hons) MA IHBC MRTPI is a chartered town planner and a full member of the Institute of Historic Building Conservation. He has over 20 years' experience of promoting sensitive and appropriate change in the historic environment, both in the private and public sectors, covering the full range of heritage designations.
Marc represents a broad range of commercial and non-commercial clients, including major housebuilders, charitable institutions and private individuals across London, the south of England and East Anglia. He has a detailed knowledge of heritage legislation, policy and guidance and their application as part of strategic development advice.
