Paul Clark of Cripps Harries Hall, qualified in 1970 and has specialised in commercial property since 1972, first at Linklaters & Paines, and then as a partner at D J Freeman where he was Head of Property for 10 years. He chaired the City of London Law Society Land Law Subcommittee for some years. He joined Cripps Harries Hall as a Consultant in 2003.

Paul produced the RICS Common Auction Conditions. He is an SDLT Consultant and gives regular CPD lectures. He is also Practice and Precedents Editor for The Conveyancer and Property Lawyer.
