Paul Blakeway specialises in international arbitration and dispute resolution, with particular expertise in construction and engineering disputes including extension of time and prolongation, loss and expense, and delay claims.
Paul also has extensive experience in corporate and commercial dispute resolution, having worked across the DIAC, ICC, DIFC-LCIA and KSA rules of arbitration, and in the courts of England and Wales and the Dubai International Finance Centre. Paul has previously worked in the Construction and Engineering group in Taylor Wessing’s London office before moving to the Dubai office in 2013.
