JCT contracts

Joint Contracts Tribunal (JCT) contracts are a standard suite of contracts for construction works in the UK and offer security of time-tested wording developed over years of use.

These contracts have been used for a long period of time (including during periods of recession) and are suitable for virtually all projects, particularly those in the private sector. This isurv section gives an overview of the 2024 JCT suite of contracts.
