NTSELAT guide to sales
This section provides National Trading Standards Estate and Letting Agency Team (NTSELAT) advice about estate agency work. It defines what estate agency work is and looks at the general requirements of the Estate Agents Act 1979, including the requirement to belong to a redress scheme. The section also looks at other legislation relevant to estate agents.
