Using dogs to detect dry rot

The use of air scenting dogs trained to detect dry rot (Serpula lacrymans) is still thought of as a relatively novel technique, but it is gaining ground. In the property sector, the technique has actually been utilised by building surveyors in the United Kingdom for many years, and in Europe for many more.
