Surveyor roles and responsibilities
This document is only available with a paid isurv subscription.
Surveyors have general legal responsibilities as an employer and/or as a self-employed person. Legal responsibilities also arise when providing health and safety advice or being in control of a building or workplace. These health and safety duties are non-delegable, i.e. a surveyor cannot contract out of health and safety duties.
