Planned maintenance

Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) surveying is key to helping clients understand the current condition of their real estate assets, enabling them to plan the necessary investments that ensure each element performs as intended.

While the term PPM is a technical term relating to a specific surveying service line, it is in essence a maintenance survey of existing buildings or assets.

This isurv section covers PPM. It begins by introducing PPM with an overview before moving on to address the pre-survey requirements, the undertaking of the survey or site inspection and the delivery of PPM reports.
