This section will define the:
- safety and maintenance obligations of managing blocks of flats and managed areas of estates of houses and flats;
- administrative function;
- importance of stakeholder management; and
- rules and guidance provided by statute and codes of practice.
This framework focuses on the physical components that make up residential communal schemes and provides a practical insight into this sector of the built environment.
