Andrew Peters FRICS is an RICS Registered Valuer, with over two decades of experience in the property industry. Since joining Countrywide Surveyors in 2012, Andrew has held a variety of roles, beginning as an operational surveyor before progressing to senior leadership positions. He currently serves as Associate Director of Technical Services.
In his role, Andrew provides expert guidance on technical surveying and valuation matters. He supports Countrywide, its clients and a broad range of stakeholders across the property sector.
Andrew is actively engaged with the RICS and other industry bodies, contributing to numerous working groups focused on valuation and surveying standards. His work helps shape best practices and supports the ongoing development of the profession.
