Emma is a Senior Associate in the Employment Team at CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP (CMS). She advises clients on a broad range of employment matters of both a contentious and non-contentious nature. 

Emma has significant experience in dealing with issues arising under the Equality Act 2010, including in the context of employment, the provision of goods and services, and access to premises. She has advised a range of clients on their obligations in terms of ensuring that premises are accessible and has assisted clients in defending county court claims when accessibility has been challenged.

Outside of her legal practice, Emma sits on the firm’s One North Charity Committee and co-leads on the Sheffield CMS Link initiative.
