Tracey Marsden is a Partner in CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP (CMS)'s Employment Team. She has over 29 years' experience providing strategic advice on the full range of contentious and non-contentious employment law issues, with a particular focus on advising construction and development, manufacturing/industrial, private equity and real estate businesses on a national and global scale.

Tracey has significant experience advising on discrimination issues under the Equality Act 2010, not only in the context of employment, but also in its application to both access to premises, and providing education and goods and services. She has represented clients in a variety of discrimination claims, both in the employment tribunal and the county court.

Tracey heads CMS' One North Charity Committee, is co-lead of the Sheffield office CMS Women's Network and sits on the Global CMS Women's Committee.
