Biography

Dharmesh brings a combined background in architectural design, construction coordination, and project delivery, working across multiple public-sector and education-sector schemes. Alongside his professional role, he is completing his Master of Architecture (March Part II) at the University of Greenwich, further strengthening his design, research and technical capabilities.

At Playle & Partners, Dharmesh works across several multi-disciplinary projects, supporting RIBA Stages 0–7 for local authorities, schools, community organisations and developer-led schemes. His responsibilities include coordinating consultant teams, preparing detailed tender and technical drawing packages, managing RFI logs, drafting formal project correspondence, and ensuring design compliance with Building Regulations, planning policy and relevant standards such as BB103/BB104.

Dharmesh has experience collaborating with structural, MEP, planning, fire-safety and BREEAM consultants, and is involved in the day-to-day delivery of schemes including building refurbishments, SEND school developments, employment-led masterplans and local authority asset upgrades. His role also spans tender preparation under frameworks such as the SEC Framework, including drafting ITTs, pricing schedules, risk registers and contract documentation.

In parallel with his professional work, Dharmesh is developing his academic design thesis, which explores the intersection of mythology, environmental futures and speculative architecture. His research-driven approach enriches his professional practice, bringing conceptual depth, narrative clarity and strong visual communication skills.
