Chris Grose is a Director in the Hartnell Taylor Cook Business Rates Team. He has some 30 years' professional experience and has always specialised in all aspects of rating advice.
He is a graduate in Estate Management of South Bank Polytechnic, a member of RICS, a council member of the Institute of Revenues, Rating and Valuation and a member of the Rating Surveyors' Association.
Following a post with GL Hearn, Chris spent six years in the Valuation Office, subsequently joining Bisset Moffatt Hill, Sanderson Weatherall and Capita. Following Capita’s acquisition of GL Hearn, he returned to where he started. He joined Hartnell Taylor Cook nearly four years ago.
Chris speaks regularly on business rates at various local and national events.
