Charlie Hobson is a senior associate partner at Playle & Partners LLP.
Charlie is a dual qualified solicitor and project manager with higher rights of audience in the Supreme Court. Charlie specialises in procurement, contract and construction law and regularly advises several large-scale London authorities on these areas. Charlie also manages the building surveying and party wall surveying team and assists with the management of the project management team.
Charlie has as a wealth of experience in acting for and advising local authorities, housing associations, developers, contractors and consultants. He has been involved in advising on a wide variety of project issues, claims and disputes, arising from all aspects of construction.
Charlie is a regular speaker on a wide range of topics affecting the construction industry and is a member RICS’ Conflict Avoidance Panel Coalition.
