James Hopkins started in property management in 2010 and has worked across London on a number of varying assets for clients such as The Wellcome Trust and Taylor Wimpey Central London. For the past five years, James has specialised in the management of mixed-use developments working on the regeneration of Battersea Power Station and more recently The Whiteley. Financial management has always been James’s strength and due to the complexity of the large complex mixed-use developments he manages, he ensures that he is always au fait with any new legislation relating to the management of service charge.
