David is a registered valuer and member of the RICS Sustainability Working Group with five years’ experience in the commercial market, valuing a range of assets across the UK and Europe, with a particular focus on sustainability and retail. David recently authored JLL's global insight paper on valuing the impact of sustainability in the retail sector, he now specialises in providing market leading advice on the impact of ESG risk on property valuations across EMEA commercial markets.
