Biography

Carolina has more than 18 years’ UK and international experience as a sustainability consultant for the built environment sector. She has worked in various organisations, ranging from engineering consultancies and architectural practices to development banks, on policy advisory projects such as the Green Building Code in Colombia.

While at TFT, Carolina expanded the team and the service offering to consolidate the Energy & Carbon Hub, which specialises in net-zero carbon strategic thinking, merging operational and embodied carbon as well as including circularity principles.

Carolina has also contributed to publications such as the 2019 LETI Climate emergency design guide, and the 2023 LETI Operational modelling guide as well as being an active member of the London Borough of Hackney’s design review panel.
