Biography

Dr Gillian Telford BSc (Hons), MSc, PhD, AFHEA has over 30 years experience of working in the built environment. She has worked in surveying for central government’s property arm, the Valuation Office Agency, in town planning for a local authority and in historic environment conservation for a third-sector building preservation trust. Gillian is presently employed by Northumbria University and University College of Estate Management (UCEM), where she delivers a range of built environment modules.
