Biography

George Simpson, BSc (Hons) MRICS FAAV, is an equity partner sitting on the Fisher German leadership team and is head of the Infrastructure Consultancy Department.

George has over 20 years’ experience in property management, compulsory purchase, telecoms, renewables and development. He oversees the water sector, where he has acted for clients throughout his career, primarily in relation to acquisition and rights in land for their infrastructure projects. He is currently acting as Framework Manager/Director for several water-sector clients and has a keen interest in improving outcomes for both water-industry clients and landowners affected by infrastructure through the promotion of best practice and understanding of property, infrastructure and people.
