Biography

Peter Nicholls MSc MRICS is an Associate Partner and Southwest lead at Appleyard and Trew LLP. Specialising in the built environment, Peter has a broad range of multi-sector experience in advising both public and private sector clients on all elements of ‘cost’ and ‘value’ through the project life cycle. Peter is particularly adept at facilitating pre-contract processes to help realise optimum value and achieve an efficiency of spend for his clientele.

Appleyard & Trew was founded in 1969 as a Partnership of Quantity Surveyors. The practice has expanded and diversified its service offering to include quantity surveying, project management, employer’s agent, fund monitoring, health and safety/CDM and building surveying. The provision of these services can be provided as stand-alone disciplines or a combined one-stop service from their UK-wide offices located in London, Sale, Leeds, Ilkeston and Plymouth.
