Biography

Holly Doughney, BSC Hons MRICS, is an Associate Director with over ten years’ industry experience in the UAE and the UK. She has been with Gleeds for over seven years. In this time, she has become a key member of the Gleeds team as a whole, working extensively with commercial developers, and public and private clients across the UK and Europe.

Holly is an ardent supporter of collaborative and innovative thinking to fully realise a project’s greatest functionality. This forward-thinking has seen Holly branch into the use of BIM and develop skills in BIM applications such as CostX. Holly regularly advises colleagues, designers and software manufacturers of the most efficient use of programmes and data, whether this be pre-contract through to the production of bills of quantities and cost planning, or post-contract in managing change and procedures. Holly is the Gleeds Champion in the use of CostX and undertakes training across the UK, Europe and worldwide.
