Record details

This mains water supply pipe enters an older property in one of the cellar rooms. A blue polyethylene pipe has recently replaced this. Because this represents a possibly earthing discontinuity, it is important to ask whether a recent check has been carried out on the electrics. On another matter, you might be able to see the condensation on these pipes. Because they are in an area vulnerable to freezing, they should be insulated before the next cold season. Preferably the insulation should be vapour proof to reduce this effect.
