Biography

Darren Cartwright qualified as a Chartered Surveyor through the Cadet Valuer scheme at the Valuation Office Agency in 1997, before moving into private practice in 2001 with Fuller Peiser (now part of BNP Paribas Real Estate), and has been with JLL since 2007, following a short stint at GVA (now Avison Young). Since joining JLL he has been responsible for the valuation of all asset classes across the middle of England and regularly values a broad variety of industrial, warehouse and logistics assets, including circa 50 distribution units on a quarterly basis for various Funds.
