Biography

David Medcraft is a partner within TFT and is the partner responsible for TFT’s development and project service lines, including project management, cost consultancy, lender, monitoring, funder monitoring, CDM principal designer and neighbourly matters. David has worked in many industries across the UK, including international nuclear operations and decommissioning programmes, as well as senior living, commercial, retail, healthcare, the public sector, residential, leisure and infrastructure.

Notably David was programme manager for the spent nuclear fuel management directorate at Sellafield for the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA), delivering capital projects and managing programmes including the decommissioning programme of the world’s first commercial nuclear reactor, Calder Hall. He has an MSc in project management and is a full member of the Association of Project Management. He has been an RICS chartered building surveyor since 2007.
