Rob French BSc(Hons) MSC (Proj Man) FRICS is an equity partner of Delva Patman Redler LLP, chartered surveyors. Rob joined Delva Patman Redler LLP in 2015. Prior to that, he worked for Earl Kendrick Associates, Knight Frank, Daniel Connell Partnership, Martin Arnold Associates and Bailey Garner, where he started his surveying career in 1998.

Rob obtained a BSc with honours in building surveying from Greenwich University in 2005 and a master’s degree with distinction in project management also at Greenwich University in 2011. Rob became a member of RICS in 2006 and a fellow in 2011.

During his career as a chartered building surveyor, Rob has undertaken a full range of building surveying work but has always had an extensive involvement in all aspects of neighbourly matters services. He has acted as expert witness/joint expert witness on many neighbourly dispute matters.

Rob is a member of the Pyramus & Thisbe Party Wall Club and has provided professional presentations on neighbourly matters practice to the P&T Club, universities and the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors. He has written articles on the subject of neighbourly matters for Estates Gazette and written scholarly articles for the Journal of Building Surveying, Appraisal and Valuation.
