Summary
This case involved a sublease that was granted just over 2 years after the head lease was entered into and was for a period equivalent to the head lease less 10 days. The court held that the subtenant's covenants were not the same as those of the head tenant notwithstanding the similarity between the wording of the relevant clauses in each lease.
