Nigel Lenson BSc (Hons) FRICS is a Chartered Surveyor and Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He is a Partner of Alexander Reece Thomson LLP with over 20 years’ experience. Nigel represents both corporate and private Landlord and Tenant clients in range of matters including the negotiation of rent reviews and lease renewals on most types of business space, including leisure, retail, office and industrial space.

Nigel further specialises in Section 18(1) Dilapidations and is often called to provide Expert Witness Valuation Evidence at Court. Nigel’s most recent highlight extended to providing Expert Witness Evidence on behalf of the Defendant at the High Courts of Justice in the case of Car Giant Limited and Another v Hammersmith and Fulham (2017), which was found in favour of his client. He often speaks at seminars on Section 18(1) Dilapidations and is a Registered Valuer and an APC Assessor on behalf of the RICS.
