Summary

The tenant admitted being in breach of covenant to repair but was granted a new tenancy having regard to his willingness that the new lease should contain a repairing covenant and a proviso for re-entry, together with a covenant requiring the tenant to make good the breach by putting the premise forthwith into repair in accordance with the terms of the repairing covenants in the previous lease.
