Where a landlord wished to regain possession of land for use as a car park adjoining its office building, the ground of opposition was made out. Using the car park for staff visiting the adjoining building was not use of a car park for a business carried on elsewhere, but was use of the car park for a business carried out on the site and elsewhere as well.
