This case concerned a cafe and restaurant business. Lord Justice Salmon said:
'It seems clear to me that anyone who goes into occupation of premises in which a seasonal business is carried on is occupying them all year round for the purposes of the business; if not, it is difficult to see for what other purpose he would be occupying them during the out-of-season months.'
