Peter Barnes of Blue Sky ADR Ltd, has been involved in the construction industry for over 30 years and in many types of work, including building (new build and refurbishment), civil engineering, and mechanical and electrical installations. He began as a quantity surveyor and has experience of virtually all aspects of quantity surveying and management functions for a building contractor.

James Davison specialises in contract and commercial disputes, with a particular expertise with large construction and engineering matters and the commercial arrangements that fund and support them. He has gained from more than 10 years' experience working in-house in the construction and engineering sector, working for 2 of the leading construction consultancy companies in the UK. James has worked on a host of projects using various forms of contract including JCT, NEC, ICE and PPC 2000. 

Dr Joe Giordano is a Chartered Surveyor and founder of Bargate Consulting Ltd, a construction and property consultancy providing a wide range of development solutions, which includes development and project management, due diligence, funding strategies and quantity surveying to developers, investors and banks, acting in a variety of sectors both nationally and internationally.

Stephen Burke is a qualified Project Manager, Chartered Quantity Surveyor and is also an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Stephen has played a huge part in the transformation of the dynamics of the business and is now responsible for the management of the Practice since joining in 2003. He is active in driving change, strategic planning, marketing, project delivery, business development, forward thinking and industry recognition. Stephen headed up the formation of the London Office and in April 2009, he developed an official Board of Directors, restructured the Practice for further expansion and he continues to lead the process of developing the firm for the future.
