Biography

Udoka Madueke is a Chartered Member of CILT and a member of the Institution of Highways and Transportation. Udoka holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics and Computer Science, coupled with a Master’s Degree in Transport with Sustainable Development. He has extensive experience in the areas of project management, sustainable development and consents management.

Udoka leads a team of consent specialists within TfL’s projects and programmes directorate, responsible for delivering consents for major transport infrastructure projects. Udoka is also responsible for the implementation of consistent and effective consents management tools, handbooks and standards in line with industry best practice.
