Richard Palczynski BEng (Hons) CEng FICE FAPM is a chartered civil engineer, Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) and Fellow of the Association for Project Management (APM) as well as the Guild of Project Controls. He has extensive major programme experience on infrastructure projects, including the Jubilee Line Extension, Channel Tunnel Rail Link (HS1), West Coast Route Modernisation Programme, Crossrail and now the Transpennine Route Upgrade Programme in the North of England. With 20 years working for Bechtel, Parsons Brinckerhoff, Balfour Beatty, Mace, Crossrail and now Arcadis, he has a diverse portfolio from design and construction management, commercial and project management to six sigma, project and programme controls.
Richard is an active supervising civil engineer and occasionally guest lectures for the Major Projects Association and APM.
