Biography

Francis Ho FCIOB is a Partner at Charles Russell Speechlys LLP. He advises on construction and engineering projects and has significant experience advising on PPPs, alliancing and partnering contracts, hospitals, urban regeneration, universities, skyscrapers, shopping centres, upscale hotels and leisure facilities, renewables and other power projects and infrastructure using a wide variety of procurement strategies both in the UK and internationally.

In addition, he has substantial expertise in sustainable development and sits on the Construction Industry Council's Green Construction Panel and on the City of London Law Society's Construction Law Committee (where he serves as Vice-Chair). Francis is a seasoned public speaker and a columnist for Building magazine. He is the editor of Construction and Engineering Precedents, a leading construction law textbook published by Sweet & Maxwell.

He co-authored the Chartered Institute of Building's Time and Cost Management Contract 2015 and its predecessor, the Complex Projects Contract 2013.
