	Misguided attempts have been made to seal the joints in this PVC roof with an unsuitable sealant material. Leaks/water ingress will almost certainly follow.
	Cold-applied membrane showing excessive adhesion failure. It has probably been laid over poor felt roofing.
	Incompatibility between substrate and coating has led to extensive peeling and delamination.
