Biography

Kate Taylor FRICS Assoc CIPD is an independent training consultant. She works for a range of corporate clients as well as RICS under her consultancy name APC Taylor Made.

Kate worked as a valuer in the Valuation Office Agency (VOA) for 25 years valuing property of every type for a range of purposes, specialising in rating. In her 5 years as Graduate Manager and Senior Trainer for one of the largest UK Graduate Surveyor schemes (at the VOA), she helped hundreds of candidates to APC success.

Kate specialises in valuation and APC training as an RICS Consultant Trainer delivering face-to-face training and a number of valuation and APC related web classes. She is an experienced RICS APC Assessor and Chairman with a passion for professional development. Kate is also the lead RICS Valuation Tutor for the distance learning courses in valuation and tutors candidates from all around the globe. Kate does a limited amount of one-to-one coaching and produces APC revision resources.
