Biography

Mamas Stavrou is a Director in Navigant Consulting’s Global Construction Practice. He is a chartered quantity surveyor specialising in construction dispute resolution. He has worked on major civil engineering and building projects throughout Europe, Africa, America, Australia and the Middle East, spanning across numerous industry sectors including energy, waste, transport, marine, commercial, retail, leisure and residential.  He has provided advice and assistance to clients in adjudication, arbitration and litigation proceedings, including the presentation of both written and oral expert evidence on quantum issues. He is an RICS-accredited expert witness and an RICS-qualified practising adjudicator.
