Paul Letman was called to the bar in 1987. Paul specialises in construction litigation and related professional negligence work. He has substantial experience in the Technology and Construction Court and arbitration. His practice is almost entirely property based, including residential and commercial landlord and tenant, enfranchisement work, and land law from restrictive covenant to environmental issues. He has lectured and published widely on his specialist areas of interest, including collateral warranties, consumer claims for construction defects, forfeiture and commercial leases and latent damage.
