Biography

Until recently Tim Kenny headed the residential department at a large property management firm, with responsibility for a team managing a diverse and widespread portfolio. He has now returned to private practice at Tim Kenny Surveying, specialising in building surveys. He also undertakes and provides property management and boundary dispute advice.

Along with his day-to-day practice Tim is also a member of the Residential Property Surveyors Association Council and offers training on surveying leasehold property.
